INTRODUCTION

   Welcome to our travel agency called "La Rosaleda".

The  travel agents at  the office are  working very hard today. There is  too much to be done. They have to plan a holiday for the following customers :

   Customer 1: An English teacher who is stressed and would like to get away from the pressures of normal life. She is interested in culture and  nature.

   Customer 2: A young couple who would like to spend their honeymoon in somewhere exotic.They are adventurous and love outdoors activities.

   Customer 3: A group of students who would like to go on a school trip. They have got plenty of energy and  they haven´t got much money.

   Customer 4: A marriage couple in their forties with two children aged seven and four. They would like to go somewhere quiet but with activities for the children.

   As you are studying to become travel agents, I  have an idea , why don´t you give them a hand? If you do it right, your final qualification in English will be much higher!

TASK

  You will be working in pairs and you will have to design an itinerary for each holiday .You will include the following information:

   1. Where they will go and how long it will take

   2. How they will be travelling ( when, what time..)

   3. Accomodation (where they are going to stay ..)

   4. Food (Where they will have breakfast, lunch and dinner)

   5. Important places to go and visit ( museums, park, markets..)

   6. Activities to do ( excursions, sports..)

INTRODUCTION

   There was upon a time a travel agency called “Rosaleda”.The two people at the office are working very much today. There are many things to do.

   There is a tall man shouting at them.It´s their boss.He´s a bad man who exploits them and he´s angry because he wants them to work harder and harder and he´s never satisfied with the work they usually do.

   The two travel agents are quite sad and disappointed, they like their job and although they work hard, they don´t earn much money and they need it, they´ve got a family with children and ..Christmas is coming soon.

   It´s very late today, they have got too much to do but.. they feel tired, really tired…then..they fall asleep.

   “Come on, quickly!”, “Come on !”, said one elf to the other one.” We´ve got too much to do”.Then, he took a piece of paper and holding it in his hands he told the other

elf:”that´s it , we have to plan a holiday for the following customers:

  “ Come on!. It must be finished before they wake up. It will be our Christmas present.
